We're pleased to offer the following services at Panorama Pet Hospital, serving dogs and cats only:
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel your dog or cat is having an emergency, DO NOT WAIT. Go to your nearest emergency hospital or call us at (818) 786 - 4300.
Panorama Pet Hospital is available for non-life threatening urgent care cases.
If you feel your pet needs to be seen for something potentially life-threatening, please call us at (818) 786-4300 so we can properly assess your pet. If we deem your pet needs to be sent to an emergency hospital, you may go to your nearest emergency hospital or we can provide you nearby emergency hospitals in our area.
If we determine that we can see your pet, we will attempt to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. However, we can only do this if you call us first before you come to the hospital. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.
Dogs and cats only.
- Open Hospital
Panorama Pet Hospital operates as an open hospital. This means that our team welcomes owners to be with their animals during a medical examination.
- Vaccinations
Panorama Pet Hospital offers vaccinations to your dog or cat so long as they are healthy. If you are a new client, an office visit is required before we do any vaccinations. If your pet is experiencing other issues but you arrive for vaccines, those issues must be addressed in the office visit before we proceed with any sort of vaccination. We also highly recommend and offer deworming.
- Payments
Panorama Pet Hospital accepts payment via cash and most major credit cards. Payment is required at the time services are rendered so that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
- Non-Anesthetic Dental Cleaning
Panorama Pet Hospital offers non-anesthetic dental cleaning on a limited basis. Dental cleaning are essential to your pet's health like how we take care of our own teeth. Cleaning your pet's teeth regularly allows them to preserve their teeth through their entire life. Many of the bacteria in the teeth can lead to health problems, which is why performing regular non-anesthetic dental cleaning can help prolong your pet's life.
1. Why non-anesthetic?
Although dental cleanings can be performed under anesthesia, it is often unnecessary to place a pet under anesthesia just for the sake of a dental cleaning. Our technician on site has many years of experience performing non-anesthetic dental cleanings.
2. How are the cleanings done?
After you schedule an appointment for a check over to determine if they are a fit and require a non-anesthetic dental cleaning, you will come at the appointment time we set for you. After another brief exam, you will drop off your animal and will pick them up at the assigned time we provide you. During the cleanings, our technician will remove plaque on your pet's teeth above and below the gum-line. Your pet's teeth will then be polished.
3. How can I schedule an appointment?
Before you schedule an appointment for the non-anesthetic dental cleaning procedure itself, you may need to schedule your pet for a check over to determine if they are fit and if they require a non-anesthetic dental cleaning. To schedule a check over, please call us at 818-786-4300. If you are a new client, you may need to give us information when you call so we can create a file for you.
